By accessing or using FreeLogo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
FreeLogo provides an AI-powered logo generation platform that allows users to create custom logo designs. The Service includes free and paid tiers with varying features, file formats, and licensing terms as described on our pricing page.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
Free Plan: You may generate logos at no cost. Free plan logos are provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use. FreeLogo retains the right to display free plan logos in our gallery and marketing materials.
Paid Plans: Upon purchase, you receive full, exclusive, irrevocable ownership rights to your generated logo, including commercial use, trademark registration, and modification rights. A Copyright Ownership Certificate is issued with each paid plan purchase.
Pricing and plan features are subject to change. Changes will not affect existing paid plan purchases.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, contact us at contact@freelogo.im within 7 days of purchase. Upon refund, your license to use the logo is revoked and you must delete all downloaded files.
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (brand name, preferences). For paid plans, you own the generated logo output as described in Section 4.
Our Content: The FreeLogo platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-generated logos), is owned by FreeLogo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform content without permission.
AI-Generated Works: The legal treatment of AI-generated works varies by jurisdiction. We structure our process to maximize your protectable rights by documenting your creative input and decisions. See our Copyright Policy for details.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Generate logos that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Generate logos containing hate speech, obscenity, or discriminatory content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download from the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service itself (reselling generated logos is permitted for paid plan users)
- Interfere with the Service's security or infrastructure
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED LOGOS WILL NOT RESEMBLE EXISTING DESIGNS. WE RECOMMEND PERFORMING A TRADEMARK SEARCH BEFORE COMMERCIAL USE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREELOGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeLogo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
