When you purchase a paid plan, FreeLogo assigns all rights, title, and interest in your generated logo to you. You receive a Copyright Ownership Certificate documenting the creative decisions you made during the generation process.

Free plan users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated logos for personal and non-commercial purposes. The generated designs may appear in our gallery or promotional materials. Paid plan users receive full ownership rights, including: - Exclusive commercial usage rights worldwide - Right to register the logo as a trademark - Right to modify, adapt, and create derivative works - Right to use the logo on all physical and digital media - Copyright Ownership Certificate (PDF) Your ownership is perpetual and irrevocable once purchased. Each paid plan includes an automatically generated Copyright Ownership Certificate.
